PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
PAYMENT BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD.
Payment is made using a secure connection directly to the bank in charge of the transaction. The customer's bank and card details are not passed through Nutra-ICE, but are processed directly by the bank. Master Card, Maestro, Visa and Euro 6000 cards are accepted.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL.
You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to identify yourself with your username and password and make the payment.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY.
Cash on delivery orders have an additional cost of 2 ? and we will contact you by phone to confirm your details, otherwise it will NOT be sent. The client, in case of not accepting the reception and payment of the order, agrees to pay the shipping costs generated by your purchase. Wugum.com will contact the customer to arrange for such payment. To the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, we do not send cash on delivery.
If due to a lack of stock in our warehouse due to a computer or logistical error we are unable to fulfill your current order in whole or in part, we will contact you via your email address or telephone number, for confirmation of the order and subsequent shipment, or to proceed with a full or partial refund and/or cancellation of the order.
Discount coupons are never compatible with each other, unless specifically announced otherwise.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS.
In the case of returns, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases. No claims will be accepted after 15 days from the receipt of the order.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns.
According to Article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, taking the delivery date provided by the transport company. No penalty will be applied for exercising the right of withdrawal or renunciation. To make a return it is necessary to contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone for any incident that may generate a return of one or more products of your order before the expiration of the withdrawal period. The reason for the return must be indicated (defective product or damaged in transport, wrong product or other unjustified reasons). We will then be able to indicate the steps to be followed to process the return. In case of receiving the product with damages caused during the transport, it is important that you make some pictures of the packing and the damages that guarantee a possible claim before the company of transport.
Depending on the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery or show signs of having been used.
- Returning a defective product: Nutra-ICE will send you a new product upon receipt of the defective product at our facilities, and will assume the shipping costs incurred in returning the product. In the event of a refund, we will always refund the amount paid at the time of purchase, which may differ from the price of the product at the time of return. In the case of a refund, the same payment method used in the purchase by the customer will be used.
- Return for wrong product: In case you receive the wrong product in your order, Nutra-ICE will solve the error in the shortest time possible. We will send the correct product immediately so that the courier company can exchange it for the wrong product. NOTE: In order to validate any return, Nutra-ICE must be notified in advance. Under no circumstances will the amount be refunded before receiving and checking the condition of the products in our facilities.
- Returning a product for unjustified reasons: You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order and we will tell you the steps to follow to return the product. After receiving and checking the state of the products in our facilities we will make the payment of the corresponding amount
